Adolf Hitlers Oppression of the German people Essay

Centuries later and the name Adolf Hitler still rings volumes till this present day: discussed in history books, talked about amongst intellects and commoners alike, and despised by many for years to come. Upon hearing his name many may think of all the negative things Hitler has done, but few fail to analyze just how one man created such controversy amongst a nation without being stopped. The question then lies how does a man reign over country and devastate it for years to come? Adolf Hitler, a man who excelled in persuasion and charisma was able to reign over Germany for years. Born in Austria April 20th 1889, Hitler grew up with many hardships in his life. Hence the beginning of Hitler’s political advancements. Hitler soon embarked on a journey of becoming a member of the German Workers Party where he worked his way up to becoming not only the primary speaker but sole power holder as well. Hitler quickly began his focus on propaganda blaming government officials, Germany’s then poor military and even different communities for Germanys’ lack of power as a nation. As Hitler worked to further himself up the political ladder he concocted erroneous plans to over throw anyone who stood in his way. Failed not properly executed plans that would land Hitler in prison for months and left him and his party members banned from public appearances. During his short time in prison Hitler wrote what is widely known as the book â€Å"Mein Kampf† (My Struggle). The book was a collection of Hitler’s life, thoughts, and ideas of how to help Germany by getting rid of the weak. Once this ban was lifted Hitler and his party began to work again, outmaneuvering his opponents and becoming feared by most. Hitler was slowly but surely working his way up the political ladder and becoming very popular among German citizens. The Asia-Pacific War was like many other wars; it had an enormous impact on the world, but in Japan and the United States it affected the way of life. Japanese American soldiers had to overcome and withstand racism and hostility during this time from the Americans. People were wary of Japanese Americans fighting for the United States, because it was the Japanese of whom the Americans were fighting against. After the war, propaganda films were made to convince people of a specific political point of influence throughout the war. Two propaganda films that were made about the Asia-Pacific War were Go for Broke and Know Your Enemy. Before I discuss the films and what differences were between the films, I want to discuss what led to the Asia-Pacific War. The Asia-Pacific War began, because the Japanese tried expanding in East Asia. Japanese invasions began with the Manchuria in 1931 and continued for over a decade. The soft palate and tongue thus contact and separate as hey protrude backward and forward to selectively permit food and air to pass the fauces for swallowing, speech, and respiration. The neurologic control for the valving action is mediated by the ninth and tenth cranial nerves for the palate and tongue (these nerves have both high somatic conscious and visceral automatic components) and by the twelfth cranial nerve which is dominated by the somatic conscious motor component. It is this latter phenomenon, wherein the rich conscious nerve control of the tongue muscles prevails, that makes it possible for the patient to respond to erbal and tactile stimuli to alter the position of the contiguous muscles of the soft palate. Even though there is a large proportion of visceral components in the ninth and tenth cranial nerves, it does not imply that the soft palate cannot be conditioned to respond appropriately to the denture which encroaches upon its environment. It merely suggests that more time may be required to condition the soft palate tissue to adapt to the presence of the denture which initiates a gag reflex. The physical stimuli of the denture base must be inhibited or suppressed so that the posterior border an become an extension of the patients biologic self in the same manner as the other borders. To facilitate the patients adjustment to the denture touching the soft palate, the border should be convex in contour on both the tongue and soft-palate sides. This recommendation is supported by Litvak, Silverman, and Garfinkels in a recent study wherein patients identified objects with many line angles in the mouth more readily than those with few line angles.

How She Giggled All The Way To Prison Sweet, funny, loud, always giggling, happy. A serial killer can never be that, right? They’re always sad, depressed, and mad because of the actions they undertake. Well if you have heard of Nancy Hazle, otherwise known for many nicknames like â€Å"Giggling Granny† or â€Å"Jolly Black Widow†, then you can say there is such a thing as a happy serial killer. History knows her by Nannie Doss which is the most common name she has. Nannie Doss was an American serial killer who was responsible for the deaths of at least eight people between the years of 1920 and 1954. She even chopped limbs off from her own family tree! Despite her actions, she must have had a reason behind all this chaos, correct? This causal analysis explains Nannie’s life growing up, her crimes, and causes to why she may have killed these certain people. Nannie Doss was born in 1905 in Alabama to James and Louisa Hazel. She was one of five children with three sisters and one brother. The article titled â€Å"Serial Killers† by writer and editor Charlotte Greig informs us that Nannie Doss had a tough childhood. Nannies parents were poor farmers from a tiny town in Alabama. As a young girl her parents prioritized farm labor over schooling, and would be beaten up by the father if they failed to keep up with his demanding pace of work. Furthermore around seven years old she suffered a traumatic head injury that plagued her for life and, she said, eventually contributed to her murderous impulses. Some believe that the cause of her murderous commitment was from the head injury, while others counterclaim that she was just bad from the start. Nanny also believed that reading romantic novels while her father prohibited his daughters from attending social events and not dating boys lead her to not knowing what to do in romantic situatio ns (2017). Due to her blame for not having enough experiences to learn from (romantic situations) and from a traumatic head injury leads to Monter Thesis #1: The Monster Body is a Cultural Body. The monster signifies something other than itself; Nanny blames events that happened in her past life. A monster plays on the culture’s â€Å"fears, anxieties, fantasies†;   Nanny believes having strict parents lead her to fantasies and dreams of having a perfect mate while disregarding the arguments and maintenance that can happen with a significant other. She loved reading those romance novels and the trait lead her to getting married at the age of sixteen. Charles Braggs married Nannie Doss after a couple months of knowing her as co-workers, and eventually had four kids by 1927. According to the article â€Å"The Giggling Granny† by author Pam Jones, Charles later recalls: â€Å"Nannie was a pretty girl and lots of fun. Our marriage started off pretty well, but after a couple of years she started going off† (2007). Now you are curious right? At some point in the marriage, both parties began to escape their demons through drinking binges and extramarital affairs. Senseless behavior started to happen. The year Charles and Nannies youngest child was born, the two middle daughter unexpectedly died of â€Å"suspecting food poisoning.† Although both deaths were ruled accidental at the time, family members and law enforcements officials now believe these killings were the beginning of Nannies decades-long killing spree. Charles packed up his oldest daughter and left leaving the youngest behind. Nannies first marriage therefore ended with divorce (2007). Lucky Charles. Her next four marriages end with death by unnatural causes. Just a year after her divorce, Nanny married her second husband. He was an abusive alcoholic from Jacksonville named Frank Harrelson. The two met through a lonely hearts column. Despite the abuse, the marriage lasted 16 years until 1945. During this period, Nanny likely killed her own newborn granddaughter a few days after the birth by using a hairpin to stab her in the brain. A few months after the granddaughter’s death, her two-year-old grandson, Robert, died of asphyxiation while in Nannies care. These two kids belonged to Melvina, Nannies oldest child. Frank was next on the murderer’s list. Following a night of drunken revelry at the end of World War II, Nanny mixed a secret ingredient into his hidden jar of moonshine. He was dead less than a week later on Sept. 15, 1945. People assumed he died of food poisoning. Meanwhile, Nannie collected enough life insurance money from Frank’s death to buy a plot of land and a house in Lexington, North Carolina (2017). Far from being deterred in her never-ending search for love, Nannie met her third hubby Arlie Lanning through a Lonely Hearts club while travelling to Lexington.   She married him three days later after meeting him. The marriage was rife with trouble – like Frank, Arlie was an alcoholic and a womanizer. But, the neighborhood saw Nannie as a doting wife. He died of what was presumed to be a heart failure, but it was obviously taken under Nannies care. Nannie’s fourth husband was a very short-lived affair. She found Richard L. Morton in a dating service. While still married to Richard, Nannies mother needed a caretaker after she broke her hip in 1953 after her father passed away. The woman died suddenly and without warning a few months after Nannie agreed to taking care of her. Shortly after her mother’s death, one of Nannies sisters died suddenly after having contact with the Nannie Doss. Richard, as well as Nannies other family members, died to an unknown illne ss.   Nannie had promptly poisoned him to death (2017). Nannies final victim was Samuel Doss who was neither drunk or abusive. He simply made the mistake of telling Nanny she could only read magazines or watch television shows that were for educational purposes. She then laced a prune cake with poison causing Samuel to spend a month recovering in the hospital. A few days after he got home, poison-laced coffee finished him off. â€Å"My late husband sure did like prunes. I fixed a whole box and he ate them all.† -Nannie Doss (Schechter 2003) After all these people passing away whom was in Nannie Doss life, you would have thought she would be caught in some way? The final murder ended up revealing her for what she was. Driven by greed, she killed Samuel on the very day he had come back home so she could collect the two insurance policies she had taken in his name. The doctor, who treated Samuel, was alerted by his sudden death. Nannie was arrested immediately. Under interrogation, and after she was told that she could keep a romance magazine, Nannie confessed to killing eight people: her four husbands Charles, Frank, Arile, Richard, and Samuel as well as her mother, sister, grandson, and mother-in-law but denied any involvement with the deaths of her two daughters and granddaughter. After she pleaded guilty on May 17, 1955, she was sentenced to life imprisonment. Nannie earned her nickname, â€Å"Giggling Granny†, because of her smiling and giggling as she discussed her crimes with the authorities (2007). The question that goes into almost everybody’s head is: ‘Why did this happen? Why does it happen? Black People and Racism Essay â€Å"There are hundred of races in the world. Unfortunately, for as long as human have existed, we have enslave those weaker, of those we perceived to be weaker than ourselves†(thinkquest). Racism is everywhere, and we often see it on the streets and schools. There are many short stories and poems that are termed as racist. â€Å"On Being Told I Don’t Speak Like a Black Person† by Allison Joseph, â€Å" Sonny’s Blue† by James Baldwin, and â€Å" Blink Your Eyes† by Sekou Sundiata are renaissance works that show the issues of racism that black people had lived and are still living today. In â€Å"On Being Told I Don’t Speak Like a Black Person† by Allison Joseph, the author tells the story about a young Negro whose mother received brutal treatment in her school in England. In the beginning, Allison says: â€Å"Emphasize the â€Å"h†, you hignorant ass†(557). This shows that the â€Å"h† is sarcastic, and the â€Å"tone condescending intensifies racism†(Caroline). They might have used the emphasis of â€Å"h† to humiliate the negro, to make them feel bad about their skin color, and to show the negro that they cannot fit in the white society even if they become educated. Negros have suffered horrible experiences. Allison wrote about the way teachers treated Negro in school. She says: â€Å" †¦teachers slapped her open palm with a ruler in that Jamaican schoolroom†(557). Allison’s mother lived under a white teacher’s pressure, and the teachers showed this negra that she will never learn how to speak like the whites, and they can spank her because she is black, and blacks cannot do anything against the teachers because the whites have the power and the Negro is a submissive servant. In addition, Allison also shows her own life in the United States. Allison is a black person living in the United States, and she sees people discriminating her because she does not act like a black person. Allison writes: â€Å" And I didn’t sound like a Black American, college acquaintance observed, sure they knew that a black person was supposed to sound like. Was I supposed to sound lazy† (557) Allison shows that America’s society judge the black just for their skin color, and most white people see the Negro as lazy, and do not work to bring money home, do not go to school, and do not know how to speak. For example, some restaurant servers prejudice the Negro when they walk into the restaurant by making their own assumption that the table with Negro will not leave any tip. However, in many cases, they are wrong because the table with Negro might leave more tip than a table with white people. Racism is not gone. The Negro is still facing it today, but racism today is expressed differently than it was in the renaissance era. During the renaissance in Harlem, the Negro did not have enough opportunities for their future due to racism. In â€Å"Sonny’s Blue† by James Baldwin, the author tells the story of two black brothers born in Harlem, and the older brother losses communication with his young brother, Sonny. The older brother is the narrator of the short story. Later on, they reconnect due to news the narrator receives about Sonny’s prison. Before the narrator reconnects his life back to his brother, he shows many problems both had because they are Negro. Racism is evident throughout the story. The narrator wrote about Sonny’s friend. â€Å"And now, even though he was a grown-up man, he still hung around that block, still spend hours on the street corners, was always high and raggy†(310). It shows that the Negro do not have opportunities to become successful in life. The Negro has barriers between them and the outside world, which prevent most negro to obtain education or skills, and they are obligated to live on the streets corners asking for money, using drugs and stealing. In addition, the narrator also shows how racism affect the education of a negro which can be describe as Sonny’s choice of life. Sonny choice of life relates to the lack of opportunities black people have during the renaissance in Harlem. After the death of Sonny’s mother, the narrator tries to open Sonny’s mind, and advises him to finish school. In the kitchen talking to Sonny, the narrator writes: â€Å"I want to join the army. Or the navy, I don’t care. If I say I’m old enough, they’ll believe me†(321). Sonny already knows that there aren’t opportunities for him. He is forced to choose among necessities; he sees the army as the only opportunity open for Negro to escape from the streets. On the other hand, the school will give him the degree, but he does not believe that it will help him find a good job. He already knows that there are no doors open for the Negro. However, the narrator disagrees with Sonny. They are still in the kitchen talking about Sonny’s future. â€Å"†¦ But if you don’t finish school now, you’re going to be sorry later that you didn’t†(321). His brother is showing him that he can fight against racism, and he can find opportunities for his life. For example, His brother â€Å"denied† racism, and he gained education and skills to become an algebra teacher, but Sonny does not see it, and he chooses to live on the street like his â€Å"friend†. In addition to the lack of opportunity, black people are more often to be discriminate in traffic than whites. In the poem, â€Å"Blink Your Eyes† by Sekou Sundiata, the author shows the reader a Negro is stopped by the police officer because he is black even though the Negro didn’t do anything wrong. The author writes about the red light. â€Å"But the Law said I was on my way thru a red light red light red light†(582). The following passage, the red light means that this area is not for Negro. It is a neighborhood where white people live, and black people around can be seen as a threat to their place. However, this is not an excuse for the officer to stop this person. Sundiata let the reader know that â€Å"†¦In other words the light was green†(582). The green light is open only for the white society; the Negro does not have chances to go to another level, so the door â€Å"always† will close for them. After the officer stops the negro, Sundiata writes: â€Å" Why did you stop me? Somebody had to stop you I watch the news, you always lose. You’re unreliable, that’s undeniable† (583). The white society do not want to let the negro have opportunities in life, and the negro will be always seen as a threat to the society, and the white society does not need them. The negro does not have the power to stop racism, and it will always be part of their life. However, it is changing. The negro has more voice today than in the past, and they are more recognized. For example, Oscar Grant’s case where a young black guy was murdered by a police officer by â€Å"mistake†. People see it as a â€Å"racism murder† (Jessie). Fortunately, the justice was made for his family. This shows us that Racism is not completely gone. The three stories from the Renaissance show us that black people had suffered racism for many years. From being stereotyped as lazy and uneducated, to not having opportunities to succeed in life and not being accepted by the white society, the Negro has had a difficult journey to improve their situation. Personal Narrative - I Am GI Jane Essay example -- Personal Narrative

I Am GI Jane â€Å"Go! Go! Go!† yelled Drill Sergeant Saunders. I must have fallen asleep for a few seconds because I did not hear him give the order to start crawling. I opened my eyes to all three drill sergeants surrounding me and screaming at the top of their lungs. In my mind I kept asking myself, "Why did I join the U.S. Army?" â€Å"Get the hell off of that wall!† exclaimed Drill Sergeant Hill. He continued to degrade me by yelling, "You will amount to nothing if you don't get your head out of your ass." â€Å"Why are you not out crawling across the field?† exclaimed Drill Sergeant Saunders. He continued by yelling, "What are you waiting for, soldier?" Then Drill Sergeant Moyer had to add to it by yelling, "Pumpkin head get moving before you get shot!" She did not miss one breath while exclaiming, "Move it! Move it! Move it!" She was the dreaded female who had a nickname for everyone. My location was Fort Jackson, South Carolina in the hot and humid late hours of a Friday night in the middle of July 1994. The temperature climaxed at a sweltering 120 degrees during the day with only a relief of ten or twenty degrees during the night. I was in my fifth week of Basic Training and still trying to figure out if I wanted to be just a follower the rest of my life or if I wanted to be a leader some day. I did not figure out the answer to my problem until that miserable Friday night when I was so exhausted from a lack of sleep that I suddenly transformed sleep depravation into motivation. While those three drill sergeants were degrading me, I finally had had enough and decided right then and there I was going on a mission to succeed. My unit, 309th Training Detachment, was on its ... ...hours the two halves switched. In the morning everyone in the unit was tired but we were eager to get things packed up and marching back the ten miles that we had come just two days before. I was in a relaxed frame of mind because the ten miles back to the barracks just did not seem to be so bad compared to the past six-weeks of suffering. I knew that I would get the rest of the day to relax and then the following day I would be graduating from Basic Training. By the end of the six week Basic Training Course I felt I could succeed at any mission I set my mind to. By setting my mind to overcome my pain and suffering, I even believe I can accomplish anything that God has in store for me. I believe this makes me a better person and to this day I do not have any regrets about choosing to be a U.S. Army Soldier. I feel great about my success.

Purpose: To inform my audience members about diabetes, the complications of diabetes, and what they can do to prevent diabetes from happening or how they can manage and maintain a healthy lifestyle if they are currently living with diabetes. Introduction I. Show of hands, how many of you know someone who has diabetes? Need/Connection II. According to the National Diabetes Report, 2014 from the centers for disease control and prevention, nearly 29.1 million people in the United States have Diabetes Speaker Credibility III. Almost all of my family are now currently living with diabetes, and one of them is my mom, she has type 2 Diabetes and having to see her inject herself with insulin every day and have to watch her not being able to eat all the food she wants is tough since she always has to watch how much sugar she intakes. Topic and Main Points IV. Now, although some of us may not all have diabetes, diabetes is the fastest growing disease in the country, and is also one of the top ten leading causes of death. Today I will speak to you about the types of diabetes, complications of diabetes, and steps you can do to prevent yourself from this disease or ways to keep your diabetes under control. Transition Statement V. I will begin by informing you all on what exactly diabetes is, and the types of VI. Body A. What is diabetes? According to the Joslin Diabetes Center; diabetes is defined as a disease in which the body is unable to properly use and store glucose. Glucose is the main source of fuel for the body. And a person with diabetes cannot absorb glucose properly, and glucose stays circulating in the blood damaging tissues over time. B. Types of diabetes I. Type 1 Diabetes: Formally known as juvenile diabetes, which is usually diagnosed in children and young adults. Type 1 diabetes is where the body does not produce any insulin, and people who have type 1 diabetes must take daily injections or pumps to be able to survive on a day to day basis. II. Type 2 diabetes: Formally known as adult-onset or non- insulin dependent diabetes, type 2 is much more common than type 1. Type 2 diabetes is where not enough insulin is produced, and people with type 2 diabetes will need to take either medication or insulin to help regulate the insulin in their body. III. Gestational Diabetes: According to the Baby Center Medical Advisory Board when the body needs additional insulin, the pancreas dutifully secrets more of it, but if your pancreas can’t keep up with the increased insulin demand during pregnancy, your blood levels rise, eventually resulting to gestational diabetes. Most woman with gestational diabetes don’t remain diabetic after the baby is born, but the women are at higher risk for getting it again during a future pregnancy and for developing type 2 diabetes later in life. Transition Statement Keeping diabetes under control can reduce the risk of having future complications C. Complication of Diabetes I. There are many risks and complications with diabetes that are serious, and can sometimes even result to death. Just to give a couple examples: heart disease, nerve damage, amputations, and vision problems. II. According to the World Health Organization diabetes increases the risk of heart disease and stroke. 50% of people with diabetes die of cardiovascular disease. Transition Statement There are many complications associated with diabetes that can be very scary, and life threating. But there are many steps you can do to keep your diabetes under control or prevent diabetes from entering your lifestyle. D. What we can do to maintain/prevent normal blood sugar levels. I. For those who are currently living with diabetes you can take some measures to keep your condition in line by exercising regularly, eating healthy, and taking medications instructed by your doctors. II. For those who don’t have diabetes we can take preventative measures to stop diabetes from happening  to us. Although it may tough to stay away from all those sweets, once in a while we can make some healthy eating choices and increase our physical activity. Transition Statement By better understanding of what diabetes is, and becoming knowledgeable on the consequences of diabetes we can prevent it or still maintain a healthy lifestyle while living with diabetes. Conclusion I. Diabetes is an incurable disease that affects a large amount of people today, but if we are well informed we can make smart decisions. II. There is no real cure for diabetes, but those who are diagnosed with it can still live a long healthy life if they take care of themselves. Timed writing rewrite: the Prince

Leaders of countries or Princes must make decisions that not many will agree with, but are the best for the populace and he must make them, no matter the cost. Niccolo Machiavelli uses logos, ethos and distinct clear diction to prove the necessity for a ruler to be able to make unpopular decisions, in an excerpt from his book â€Å"the Prince† (1532). Throughout the excerpt Machiavelli uses logos to talk about this issue in a logical manner. His first step in approaching this topic is when he states to the reader that others have tried to discuss how a prince should act. Machiavelli states that he is doing something along the same lines but what he says is that a prince must be able to do what is not seen as the right thing in the eyes of his people. He then goes to talk about the qualities a prince must have in order to make those tough decisions because not everything that a prince does will be loved by the people so he must learn to deal with this. Machiavelli manages to address all of these points in his work while remaining logical and he uses ethos to try and show the reader a need for such rulers, who are capable of the doing the right thing for his people even if they disagree. An example of this attempt by Machiavelli to establish credibility can be found in lines 3 – 5 â€Å"being my intention to write †¦ useful to him who apprehends it †¦ to follow up the real truth of the matter than the imagination of it †¦ â€Å"this provokes a response from the reader that does have the effect it should have, it makes Machiavelli seem more credible in his argument and that this is not just some fairytale. That Statement made by Machiavelli shows how clear and precise his diction is and this helps him as he tries to prove that a prince must be able to unpopular things that will benefit his nation. The clear and focused diction that is used adds to this a whole new meaning of understanding where now those who are reading this book can picture what the government needs to do for the betterment of society as a whole. Machiavelli persuades his readers using logos and ethos and clear precise diction in his work the prince because he knows just how important it is for our president of a free state is necessary to helping the people.

The most prophetic early paper on induced resistance was published in 1901 by Beauverie. Hence HR value proposition can be viewed as the exercises, professionals involved and departments which work to achieve this aim and work to obtain productive and positive results for all the stake-holders like people working, managers, etc. (Spickett-Jones, 2003) Regrettably, in some organizations HR proposition is not seen as a group of people brought together to build something productive, rather it is seen as a cost centre. As such many of such groups are closed down during cost cutting processes. In order safeguard their position in an organization; they should increase their influence over their customers and stakeholders. They should emphasize less on their procedure and processes and more on the results and benefits they are providing. They should be in line with the productivity and their stakeholders. (Tuominen, 2004) Nowadays HR personnel are becoming redundant and its ironic that the services that they deliver are more focused on business performance improvements from central goals. With the shift in societies from an old era of business to the new knowledge and service oriented business goals and economies, having a better HR deliverable at ones exposure would become an added advantage and necessity to combat the increasing competition for an organization. (Winfried Daun, 2005) Such HR proposition values are largely effected by intangibles and managing these intangible properties of an organization. These intangible properties include : research and developments, leadership, brand positioning and strength, quality of service, speed, governance, tacit knowledge, loyalty of customers and the employees, reputation, informal processes, innovation , plant flexibility, trusted networks. Managing these intangible is important because they have deep impact on the shareholder values and are necessary regarding the future growth and expectations of the investors from the organization. (Winfried Daun, 2005) A comprehensive study by Ulrich and Brochbank shows the necessary steps required so as to deliver the required competencies to the stakeholders in a new economy. The figure below shows the systematic display of what should be done and how it should be done. This is the mapping out of HR value proposition, showing how to deliver desired stakeholder values. In order to understand which technique should be used in what environment let us consider two situations. The first situation considers the end results of HR personnel not following socio-ecological representation in an area thats part of the HR Value Proposition as the External Business Realities element. It has not been made explicit by Brochbank and Ulrich. Regardless, this area is necessary for survival of business in the new era of service or knowledge oriented economy. The second situation studies a position in which HR professionals use Systems Dynamics representation to display how their efforts add stakeholder value. Both situations involve System Dynamics mapping for the criteria titled as Serving external and internal stakeholder in the HR Value Proposition Model. In one case, the contribution was important and distinct while in other case was not so significant. In order to keep them informed about the new information, HR professionals should conduct environmental scans using processes which have been transformed from OST (Open Systems Theory). OST is social science knowledge body that manages people and their organizations and should have an open, clear, adaptive and active relationship with their surroundings over time so as to ensure viability and good results. It also says that people can be seen as purposeful and informative open systems that can change and generate systems and their surroundings. Serving external and internal stakeholders other criteria are: Criterion 2- an efficient HR function is generating market value for its investors by increasing intangibles. Criterion 3- A good HR function increases the customer share by connecting with its target customers. Criterion 4- An efficient HR function assists its line managers to deliver strategies by developing capabilities of an organization. Criterion 5: A good HR function elucidates and lays down base for employee value proposition and improves individual abilities. These criteria are being depicted in Figure 4 which concerns the Organization in context with the industry environment. Hence we can see that representing the information in form a systematic form makes it easier for organization-industry interface to provide HR professionals with chances to make clear, significant and visible necessary contributions to performance of business forming a unique view; so as to adapt with increasingly significant and emerging new service or knowledge oriented economy. Research Questions The concern here is to verify the extent till which, GASCOs HR system delivers value proposition. For this purpose, we will use the Ulrich model as shown in literature review and will verify the 5 dimensions of the model in GASCO. In this report, we will check whether the five dimensions in Ulrich model are satisfied in GASCO and will comment on the value proposition of companys HR system. Methodology The methodology involves conducing survey analysis to test the research questions in GASCO as presented in above section. The methodology is divided into two parts: Literature review and finding the factors we should look for finding the value proposition of GASCO Prepare separate questionnaire for every dimension (5 separate questionnaires) Analysis of the result using excel charts The questionnaires would be distributed to HRs in the company.
